New York Decks built a sophisticated but very usable recreational space for the staff of a high profile law firm.  The luxury terrace includes two 15′ x 15′ Stainless Steel  framed  IPE clad shade structures with SS cable strung above and on two sides to provide the aperture for creeping vines and ultimately live  green side walls and  green overhead  canopies.  Formatted with an extensive dining area populated by teak tables, arm chairs, and umbrellas.  A  bright red powder coated steel ‘spiral’  sculpture was added at the pleasure of the owners after  the project got underway. The broad  yoga lawn is ringed by Adirondack chairs for casual lounging; additionally, relaxation and recreation being a strong note sounded by the firm’s leadership, an outdoor ping pong table by Popp was added, as well  as a custom IPE  chess table with a tree sprouting out of  the center of it by the craftsmen at New York Decks. The staff is extremely pleased that they have access to a formidable garden in midtown Manhattan, and the owners are thrilled to provide a sense of well being to  all those working at the firm.
